07/29/2011: Journaling.

I fuckin' miss the good us. I feel lonely and frustrated and sexual.  I am going tanning and will have to think about this and see what else comes up.  Maybe it will help to ease my mind. I still need to meditate and read and do my step 4 work and healing work also.  Maybe that is why all this is here is because I didn't do it first thing this morning like I usually do.
